摘　　要：Ｐｒｏｇｒａｍｍａｂｌｅ　Ｌｏｇｉｃ　Ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌｌｅｒ－ＰＬＣ可编程序控制器是现代工业技术应用较多的，实现“机电一体化”控制的典型产品，它的可靠性直接影响到可编程序控制器系统的可靠性、安全性，以及整个系统和生产过程，甚至产品的质量。因此注意保证可编程序控制器的可靠性，对于ＰＬＣ更好的应用，是非常重要的。Programmable Logic Controller-PLC is a more use typical product for the nodern industrial and technological application and for the machine-electricity integration.Its reliability can directly make influence on the reliabity and safety of the programmable logic controller PLC system and on its whole system,production pwocess and product quality.Therefore,it is very important for the application of PLC to ensure the reliability of the programmable logic controller-PLC.
