摘　　要：形成邓小平人权思想的理论依据主要有三个方面 :一是马克思恩格斯对人权的基本立场和观点 ;二是毛泽东的人权观 ;三是现代人权理论发展的积极成果。形成邓小平人权思想的历史和现实依据也主要有三个方面 :一是世界人权发展的历史、现状及趋势 ;二是社会主义国家过去在人权方面的经验和失误 ;Deng Xiaopin's thoughts of human rights are formed from three theoretical resources: Marx and Engles' basic standpoints and ideas concerning human rights, Mao Zedong's ideas of human rights, and the positive achievements in the development of modern human rights theory. It also has three historical and realistic foundations: the history, state and tendencies in the development of world human rights, the experiences and miscarriages of socialist countries in dealing with the issues of human rights, and the acute struggles in the field of human rights at home and abroad.
