摘  要:以花叶油菜宁RS1和CMS恢复系TD7、宁R1为亲本材料配制杂交组合 ,研究花叶性状的遗传表现 ,选育花叶恢复系。结果表明 ,宁RS1的花叶性状为显性性状 ,由 1对基因控制 ,可以作为苗期标记性状 ,通过苗床间苗、定苗和移栽时甄别能有效提高杂交油菜的种植纯度。在产量比较试验中 ,花叶杂交组合 (宁A6×T1 0 2 )产量 3 1 95kg/hm2 ,比对照宁油 1 0号增产 1 0 .94 % ,有生产应用价值。Genetic mode of divided leaf trait in Brassica napus L. was studied in a biparental crosses between divided leaf line Ning RS1 and two restorer of cytoplasm male sterile (CMS), TD7 and Ning R1. Results showed that inheritance of the divided leaf trait was controlled by a pair of gene with dominant manner, that could be as a marker trait to remove off-type used in seedling stage and improve uniform of hybrid rapeseed in field. Several divided leaf restorers had been developed from cross of TD7×Ning RS1. A hybrid, Ningza No.9 (Ning A6×T102), had been bred. It gave a yield of 3 195kg/hm 2 which outyield the control Ningyou No.10 by 10.94% in yield comparative trail.
