摘  要:以油菜第 3片真叶人工接种菌核病菌丝体 ,研究中油 82 1抗 (耐 )菌核病与植株叶片硫甙含量、POX活性的关系。结果显示 ,第 3叶片接种区域的各种硫甙含量增加 ,以吲哚族硫甙表现突出 ,接种后 7d吲哚族硫甙含量达 1 1 5 8nmol/ml,比不接种对照增加 70倍 ,第 3叶片非接种区域的吲哚族硫甙含量比不接种对照增加 73 0倍 ,第 5、6叶片及第 3叶叶柄也表现接种后吲哚族硫甙增加。所有接种材料均在第 3d产生了芳香族硫甙 ,接种叶POX活性表现持续上升。The interaction between glucosinolate content, POX activity of plant leaves and disease resistance (tolerance) of S.sclerotiorum in Zhongyou 821 were studied by artificial inoculation with mycelia of S.sclerotiorum on the third leaf of rapeseed seedling. The results showed that glucosinolate content of inoculated area in the third leaf was increased, and indolylglucosinolate content was 1 158nmol/ml at 7th days aftert inoculated, which increased 70 times compared to no-inoculated control. However, the indolylglucosinolate content of no-inoculated area in the 3rd leaf increased 7~30 times compared to no-inoculated control, and the indolylglucosinolate content of 5th leaf, 6th leaf and 3rd petiole increased after inoculation. Aromatic glucosinolate was induced at 3rd days after inoculation, and POX activity increased continually after inoculation.
