摘 要:以 8个自交系按Griffing双列杂交方法 4的要求 ,配成 2 8个单交组合进行试验。分析了产量、穗长、穗粗等6个主要产量性状 ,结果表明所测性状的一般配合力 (GCA)在亲本间存在着显著差异 ,自交系 (素 1×吉 840 ) 2 2 2 2 ,8112 ,M丹 15 12的穗部性状的GCA对提高产量是有利的。各自交系的特殊配合力 (SCA) ,在同一性状不同组合间及同一组合不同性状间也有显著差异 ,表现较优的组合是 8112×M丹 15 2 2 ,云 143×M丹 15 2 2 ,云 1- 7×M丹15 12等。通过变量分析 ,用 (素 1×吉 840 ) 2 2 2 2 ,云 147,云 1- 2和云 1- 7组配有望获得高产组合 ,用M丹 15 12 ,M丹 15 2 2有望获得大穗组合。The experiment was carried out with 28 single cross hybrids derived from intermating using 8 inbred lines based on Griffing diallel cross method 4 6 characters such as yield, ear length, ear diameter were analyzed The results showed that the general combining ability (GCA) of these yield components was significant different The lines (Su?1×Ji?840) 2222 , 8112, Mdan 1512 had high GCA for improving yield There were significant differences in special combining ability (SCA) among inbred lines for the same character in different combinations and different characters of the same combination The best combination for SCA was 8112×Mdan 1522,the following Yun 143×Mdan 1522, Yun 1-7×M dan 1512.Genetic variance analysis gave evidences that high yielding combinations could be obtained from (Su 1×Ji 840) 2222 , Yun 1-2,Yun 147,Yun 1-7 and big-ear hybrids could be obtained from Mdan 1512, Mdan 1522.
