摘  要:以陆地棉与海岛棉的远缘杂交后代川 98为研究对象 ,采用螨害指数法和产量下降率法两种方法评价川 98的抗螨性。研究在不同逆境下的抗螨性和从不同方面研究川 98的抗螨机理 ,结果表明 :川 98的抗螨性与海岛棉抗螨品种PimaS 3相当 ,其螨害指数明显地低于陆地棉感螨品种。川 98受螨害后的产量下降率最小 ,仅为 8% ,而在逆境条件下川 98仍表现出良好的抗螨性。川 98对棉叶螨的抗性存在多种抗性机制。The resistance of cotton germplasm CH 98,a distant hybrid of upland cotton and sea island cotton,to the spider mite ( Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval) was evaluated in adverse circumstances by using damage index,yield reduction rate under pesticide free environment,respectively,The resistant mechanisms of CH 98 to the spider mite were probed from different respects,including physiological substances,secondary metabolites and regenerative recovery capability.The results showed that (ⅰ) the resistance of CH 98 to spider mite was similar to that of sea island variety PimaS 3 in damage index and it was obviously lower compared with susceptive varieties.The yield reduction rate of CH 98 was only 8% under all season pesticide free condition,which was apparently lower compared with that of other varieties. CH 98 demonstrated the resistance to spider mite in various adverse circumstances;(ⅱ) the spider mite resistant mechanisms of CH 98 were diversified,including nonpreference,antibiosis and tolerance.
