摘 要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术测定 6月龄贵州剑河白香猪和黑香猪的心、肝、肾、肺、胃、脾、小肠、眼肌和血清 9种组织器官乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)同工酶。结果表明 ,贵州剑河白香猪和黑香猪各组织器官LDH同工酶的分布和含量差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两个猪群的心、肝、肾、肺、胃、小肠和血清 7种组织器官以LDH1+LDH2 为主 ,骨骼肌以LDH5为主 ,而脾脏LDH五种同工酶含量较均衡 ,A∶B亚基之比接近 1∶1,发现控制LDH同工酶A亚基的基因出现变异。LDH isozymes from heart,liver,kidney,lung,stomach,spleen,small gut,eye muscle and serum of Jianhe White Xiang Pig and Jianhe Black Xiang Pig originated in Guizhou at six months old were determined using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results indicated that there were no significant difference(P>0 05) in the type and the content of LDH isozyme from nine tissues and organs between Jianhe White Xiang Pig and Jianhe Black Xiang Pig ,the content of LDH 1+LDH 2 from heart,liver,kidney,lung,stomach,small gut and serum of two Xiang Pig breeds was dominant,and the content of LDH 5 from eye muscle was more,the content of five LDH isozymes from spleen was equilibriun and subunit A:subunit B was approximate 1:1,meanwhile,variation of allele of A subunit was analysed.
