摘　　要：对西瓜组织培养的研究与应用进行了综述,西瓜组织培养的研究主要应用于快速繁殖和遗传转化。西瓜芽培养的研究较完善,花药培养也获得了花粉植株,但原生质体培养仅诱导出愈伤组织。The study and application of watermelon tissue culture were reviewed. The study on buds culture was more detail. The regenerated plant was obtained through anther culture. But only the callus was induced in protoplast culture. The tissue culture of watermelon was mainly applied to the high-speed reproduction and genetic transformation.
