摘  要:在北方 (保定 )大田种植条件下 ,对魔芋光合性能进行的初步研究表明 :在 8月初到 9月初的块茎膨大期内 ,魔芋的光合速率变化很大 ,这是由魔芋的生育进程和这期间的生态因素决定的。这期间生态因素对光合速率影响的大小顺序依次为空气相对湿度 (RH)、气温 (T)、CO2 体积分数 ([CO2 ])和光合有效辐射 (PAR) ,其中 ,RH和 [CO2 ]与光合速率呈正相关 ,T和PAR与光合速率呈负相关。不同栽培技术措施对光合速率也有影响 :大块种芋长出的植株与中块的相比 ,大田生长的植株与盆栽的相比 ,受间作玉米遮阴的植株与不遮阴的相比 ,前者光合速率都较高。魔芋光合速率的日变化为双峰曲线 ,中午的强光、高温使光合速率出现低谷。对有利于魔芋光合作用的生态条件和栽培措施也进行了讨论。A preliminary study on photosynthetic performance of elephant yam (Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu) was carried out under field conditions in the north of China (Baoding). During tuber expansion period (from early August to early September), photosynthetic rate (Pn) of elephant-yam showed great fluctuation owing to growing process and ecological conditions. The order of ecological factors according to their influences on photosynthetic rate were relative humidity (RH), air temperature (T), atmospheric CO 2 concentration () and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), and of which, RH and were positively but T and PAR were negatively correlated to Pn. Cultivation techniques also had effects on Pn: The Pn were higher in plants grown from big seed tubers (101~150 g for each) than that from medium ones (70~100 g), higher in field-grown plants than in pot-grown ones, and higher in plants shaded by inter-cropping corn than in non-shaded ones. The diurnal changes of Pn were double peak curve, with a decrease at noon because of strong light and high temperature. The ecological conditions and cultivation techniques for improving photosynthesis of elephant-yam were discussed.
