摘  要:以典型的顶端败育类型和正常类型玉米杂交种为材料 ,采用等离子体测试技术 ,比较测定了子粒败育前后在果穗上部及中部 9种矿质元素质量浓度的变化。结果表明 ,子粒各矿质元素质量浓度在同一时期不同部位间及不同类型相同部位间差异并不显著 ;各矿质元素质量浓度在穗轴中表现出与子粒相同的趋势 ;在子粒中B、Ca、K、Mg、P和Zn的质量浓度较高 ,而在穗轴中Co、Fe和Mo的质量浓度较高。矿质元素质量浓度的差异并非子粒败育的直接原因。Studies were conducted using typical maize hybreds wi th and without tip kernel abortion. Comparative measurements were conducted on t he changes of 9 mineral element concentrations at tip and middle of maize ears b e fore and after kernel abortion using an inductively coupled plasma emission spec trometer. Results showed that there were no significant differences of mineral element concentr ations between kernels at different ear positions at the same days after silking and at the same ear positions while diferent ear types; the distribution of mi neral elements showed the same trend as kernels; the contents of different miner al elements between kernels and the connected cobs showed that there were higher concentrations of B,Ca,K,Mg,P and Zn in kernels than in cobs, while hig her concentrations of Co,Fe and Mo in cobs than in ears. The difference of min eral elements was not the direct cause of kernel abortion.
