摘 要:用快速升温高温高压热重分析装置和ST-03表面孔径测定仪在温度为1203,1273,1373,14(?)K和压力为0.1,0.5,2.0,3.0MPa的条件下,研究了东山煤焦的CO_2气化反应动力学和孔结构在气化过程中的变化。结果表明,气化反应速率随温度的变化符合Arrhenius关系;反应速率在1MPa以下随压力的增加而增加,在1MPa以上几乎不受压力变化的影响;气化过程中煤焦的微孔表面积与转化率的关系满足Bhatia的随机孔模型。经理论分析和数据处理建立了包括煤焦孔结构参数的动力学方程。Kinetics of CO_2 pressurized gasification of char from Dongshan coal and changes of micro-structures in the process were studied by using high temperature/pressure thermogravimetric analyser and ST-03 surface meter at temperature varying from 1203 to 1423 K and at pressures ranging from 0.1~3.0MPa. The results showed that change of reactivity rate with temperature followed Arrhenius Law, and reactivity rate increased with the increase of pressure below IMPa, and it was not affected by pressure above 1 MPa. The relation between surface area of micro-pores in char and conversion can satisfy Bhatia's random pore model. A kinetic equation including micro-structural parameters was set up based on theoretical analysis and results of data processing.
