摘　　要：新世纪给高校档案工作带来了发展机遇，也给档案工作提出了新的要求。采取有效措施，解决突出问题，进一步做好高校档案工作，是保证高校各项工作顺利进行的条件之一，也是档案事业本身发展的迫切需要。The new century creates new Chances for the development of university archives, and also raises new demands on the management of archives. It is necessary to take effective measures, solve critical problems in archives management to keep a university running smoothly, which also meets the urgent need for the development of archives.
