摘　　要：本文从导游职业与职责定位、导游工作的功能、导游员必备素质和修养、旅游发展态势和导游队伍建设等方面 ,论述了导游对旅游发展的促进作用。This paper expounds the promoting function of tourist guides to tourist development from the following aspects :the position of tourist guide's profession and duty, the function of tourist's job, the essential quality and training of tourist guides,the developing trend of the tourism and the construction of tourist guides.
