摘　　要：建设有中国特色社会主义文化 ,是有中国特色社会主义的重要内容 ,是凝聚和激励人民的重要力量 ,是综合国力的重要标志 ,是加快社会主义现代化进程的重要保证。落实文化建设的方略部署 ,必须加强思想道德建设 ,优先发展教育和科学 ,大力发展社会主义文化事业 ,营造良好的文化环境。科学建构有中国特色的社会主义文化 ,必须以马列主义、特别是邓小平理论为指导 ,坚持“古为今用” ,继承民族文化传统 ;坚持“洋为中用” ,汲取外国文化精萃。To construct the socialist culture with Chinese characteristic is the main idea of Chinese-styled socialism.It is the important force to unite and stimulate the Chinese people,the major symbol of general national strength and vital guarantee of the process of socialist modernization.In order to carry out the principles of cultural construction,we must strengthen the political and moral construction and give priority to education and science;and at the same time,we must try our best to develop the cause of socialist culture to create a good cultural environment.To work out the socialist culture with Chinese characteristic in scientific way,we must under the guidance of Deng-Xiaoping's theory,adopt the attitude of “making the past serve the present”towards the cream of our national culture and “making foreign things serve China'to the cream of foreign culture.
