摘 要:通过探讨共混比例、螯合树脂粒径、PSF(聚砜 )浓度及制膜液温度对膜性能的影响 ,用相转换法制备出对Cu2 +具有大螯合容量的D4 18树脂 /聚砜异相共混螯合滤膜 .研究了膜对Cu2 +的吸附及盐溶液 pH值和盐浓度对螯合容量的影响 .对膜进行动态螯合吸附测试表明该膜对Cu2 +可实现萃取与反萃取同级进行 .The chelate resin D418/PSF heterogeneous chelate membranes with high chelate capcity for Cu 2+ have been prepared. Various process parameters affecting the properties of the chelate membrane, such as the blending ratio, chelate resin grain, concentration and temperature of casting solution have been wildly studied. The relationship among the chelate capcity and pH, metal ions concentration of the solution was investigated. The results from dynamic experiment indicate that the extraction and inverse extraction can be carried out at the same time.
