摘 要:以氧化钢为催化剂,以对羟基苯甲醛、溴、氢氧化钾为主要原料,经溴代、水解反应制备原儿茶醛。考察了氢氧化钾与3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛的摩尔比、反应温度和压力、催化剂用量对水解反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:氢氧化钾与3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛摩尔比3:1,反应温度150℃,反应压力0.4 MPa,反应时间0.5 h,催化剂用量(以3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛质量计)4%,3,4-二羟基苯甲醛收率达53%以上。Protocatechualdehyde from 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde, bromine, and potassium hydroxide using cupric oxide as catalyst was synthesized by bromization and hydrolysis. Effects of molar ratio of potassium hydroxide to 3 -bromo - 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde, reaction temperature and pressure, amount of catalyst used on hydrolysis were in-vestigated. The optimum conditions of reaction were determined as follows: molar ratio of potassium hydroxide to 3 - bromo - 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde 3:1, reaction temperature 150 ℃ , reaction pressure 0.4 MPa, reaction time 0.5 h, amount of catalyst 4% (based on the mass of 3 - bromo - 4 - hydroxybenzaldehyde) . The yield of protocat-echualdehyde was up to 53 % .
