小脑幕静脉窦的形态学研究

摘　　要：目的　了解小脑幕静脉窦的分布及其引流区域。方法　解剖观察 5 0例成人小脑幕标本。结果　小脑幕外侧窦平均 (1.0 5± 0 .5 9)条 /侧 ,小脑幕中窦平均 (0 .92± 0 .6 2 )条 /侧 ,小脑幕边缘窦平均 (0 .19± 0 .39)条 /侧。结论　小脑幕静脉窦主要分布于小脑幕内侧份 。Objective To explore the distribution and collecting areas of the venous sinuses of tentorium cerebelli.Methods 50 tentorium cerebelli specimens (27 males and 23 females) were dissected and observed.50 tentorium cerebelli specimens (27 males and 23 females) were dissected and observed.Results The average number of the lateral sinuses on each side of tentorium cerebelli was 1.05±0.59, that of the middle sinuses and limbic sinuses on each side of tentorium cerebelli were 0.92±0.62 and 0.19±0.39 respectively.Conclusion The venous sinuses of tentorium cerebelli were mostly distributed over the inner part of tentorium cerebelli, and were closely related to the veins collecting from many parts of central nervous system.
