摘  要:目的 :观察尼群地平对兔脑血管的作用。方法 :取日本大耳白兔 5 5只 ,空气栓塞处死后 ,采用离体兔基底动脉环和隐动脉环离体实验方法 ,观察尼群地平对KCl、CaCl2 、5 HT和NE引起基底动脉环和隐动脉环收缩的影响。结果 :尼群地平抑制 45 6mmol·L-1KCl诱发的兔基底动脉环和隐动脉环收缩 ;其拮抗基底动脉环和隐动脉环CaCl2 量 效反应的pD2 值 (非竞争性拮抗剂引起 5 0 %最大效应时浓度的负对数 )分别为 10 9(n =10 )和 10 45 (n =7,P <0 0 5 ) ;拮抗 5 HT的pD2 值分别为 6 .18和 4.81(n均 =6 ,P <0 0 1) ;10 -10 mol·L-1和 10 -9mol·L-1尼群地平对无Ca2 + 液中去甲肾上腺素引起隐动脉环的收缩无抑制作用 ,10 -10 mol·L-1尼群地平对恢复正常Ca2 + 液 (1 2 5mmol·L-1)引起的隐动脉环收缩无抑制作用 ,而 10 -9mol·L-1尼群地平对恢复正常Ca2 + 液 (1 2 5mmol·L-1)引起的隐动脉环收缩有明显抑制作用 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :与隐动脉环相比较 ,尼群地平对基底动脉环具有选择性抑制作用。Aim: To study the effects of nitrendipine (Nit) on the cerebral artery of rabbits.Methods: Fifty five Japanese rabbits were used.The effects of Nit on the constriction of isolated basilar and saphenous artery rings evoked by KCl,CaCl 2,5 HT and NE were observed.Results: Nit inhibited the constriction of the basilar and saphenous artery rings evoked by KCl (45.6 mmol·L -1 ) In both samples (basilar and saphenous artery rings) evoked by CaCl 2,the p D 2 of Nit was 10.79( n =10)and 10.45( n =7, P <0 05).In both samples (basilar and saphenous artery rings) evoked by 5 HT,the p D 2 of Nit was 6.18 and 4.81( n=6,P<0.01) .Nit at doses of 10 -10 mol·L -1 and 10 -9 mol·L -1 had no effects on the constriction of the saphenous artery rings evoked by norepinephrine (NE) in Ca 2+ free medium.Moreover,Nit at 10 -10 mol·L -1 had no effects on the constriction of the saphenous artery rings evoked by recovery of normal CaCl 2 (1.25 mmol·L -1 )while Nit at 10 -9 mol·L -1 had obvious inhibition effect( P <0.01).Conclusion: Compared with its effect on the saphenous artery,Nit selectively inhibits the basilar artery.
