摘　　要：目的 :RP HPLC测定复方活脑素胶囊中吡拉西坦含量的方法。方法 :用KromasilC18柱 ,以甲醇 水 (10∶90 )为流动相 ,流速 0 .6mL·min-1,检测波长 2 30nm。结果 :吡拉西坦线性范围 0 .17～ 0 .78mg·mL-1,γ =0 .9995 ,平均回收率为 99.9% ,RSD为 0 .6 2 % (n =5 ) ,结论 :方法简便、准确、重现性好 。Objective: To establish the determination method of acetamidopyrrolidone in Compound Huonaosu Capsules with RP HPLC. Methods: Kromasil C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol water(10∶90) with 0.6ml·min -1 of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 230nm. Results: The linear range of acetamidopyrrolidone concentration was from 0.17 to 0.78mg·ml -1 and correlation coefficient was 0.9995. The average recovery of sample was 99.9% and RSD and 0.62%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determination of acetamidopyrrolidone Compound in Huonaosu Capsules.
