摘　　要：目的 :探讨女性压力性尿失禁 (SU I)的诊治方法。方法 :对 30例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。其中行改良 Stamey术 17例次 ,Gittes术 9例次 ,耻骨阴道吊带术 7例次。结果 :2 4例获 5个月～ 3年随访 ,其中2 1例参加一般性体力劳动时无尿失禁现象 ,3例症状复发经再次手术而治愈。结论 :对 SU I应做尿动力学检查。治疗应根据尿失禁的程度和有无并发症而采取不同的方法 ,提倡超声导向经皮穿刺膀胱颈悬吊术治疗该病。Purpose:To study diagnosis and treatment in female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods:Review and analyze the clinical data of the 30 cases. Of those patients, 17 received improved stamey′s operation, 9 received gittess′s operation, 7 received pubovaginal sling.Result:24 cases were followed up for 5 months to 3 years, of which 21 were able to take part in general physical labor without urinary incontinence, 3 had a return of SUI and were cured through operation.Conclusions:Female SUI patients should have a check of urodynamics.Treatment should be based on the extent of urinary incontinence and whether or not it will cause complications.Bladder neck suspension via percutaneous puncture and guidance of ultrasound monitoring is highly recommended for management of female SUI.
