摘　　要：目的：研究不经分离直接测定18-氨基酸注射液中色氨酸和酪氨酸的含量。方法：运用三波长分光光度法测定色氨酸和酪氨酸的含量。结果：三波长分光光度法简便，重现性好。结论：本方法可作为该制剂半成品及成品的质量控制。：OBJECTIVE To directly determine the contents of tryptophane and tyrosine in 18-amino ac id injection without separation. METHODS The tyrptophane and tyrosine contents were determined with three -wavelength spectrophotometry. RESULTS The average recovery rate of tryptophane was 99.99%,RS D=0.32%,and the average rcovery rate of tyrosine was 100.1%,RSD= 0.62%.CONCLUSIONS This method is simple and repeatable, and can be used as the quality contro l method for the finished products or semi-finished products of this preparatio n.
