经皮冠状动脉内成形术与支架术的临床应用(附103例报告)

摘　　要：10 3例冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉内成形术 (PTCA) ,其中 96例置入支架 135枚 ,成功率 10 0 % ,未出现明显并发症。 PTCA所用的球囊直径平均为 2 .48± 0 .43mm,平均长度 2 0 .40± 2 .84mm ,球囊所加压力平均为6 .2 3± 1.81atm。支架直径平均为 3.96± 0 .38m m,平均长度为 2 1.2 9± 6 .30 mm ,释放支架时球囊所加压力平均为9.6 5± 3.0 8atm。所用支架主要是 BX45枚 (33.33% ) ,NIR30枚 (2 2 .2 2 % ) ,AVE2 7枚 (2 0 .0 0 % ) ,MAC16枚(11.85 % ) ,Jomed和其他共 17枚 (12 .5 9% )。支架置入 L AD内 71枚 (5 2 .5 9% ) ,RCA内 48枚 (35 .5 5 % ) ,L CX和 Diag16枚 (11.85 % )intracoronary stents were implanted during the procedure of 96 PTCA of 103 patients with coronary artery disease Procedural success was obtained in 103 pts(100%) No major complication occurred The mean balloon diameter and length were 2 84±0 43mm and 20 40 ±2 48mm respectively The average balloon pressure was 6 23 ±1 81atm The mean diameter and length of the 135 implanted stents(45BX stents,33 33%;30NIR stents,22 22%;27AVE stents,20 00 %;16MAC,11 85%;17Jomed and other stents,12 59%)were 30 96 ±0 38mm and 21 29 ±6 30mm respectively The average balloon inflation pressure was 9 65±3 08atm 71 stents(52 59%)were implanted into LAD,48 stents(35 55%)into RCA and 16 stents(11 85%)into LCX and Diag
