摘　　要：目的 :观察潞党参提取液对小鼠体重、胸腺、血细胞、药物致眠时间的影响。方法 :给小鼠自由饮用潞党参提取液 15～ 2 0 d和灌胃 10 d,观察测量相关体征和生理功能。结果 :药液组与对照组有显著性差异。结论 :潞党参有补中益气、健脾益肺、抗疲劳等功效。Objective:To observe the effect of the extracted liquid from Lu-Dangshen to mice's weight, spleen, thymus, blood cells, the time that medicine result in sleep, and the time drowned with burden. Methods:[WT5”,6BZ]The extracted liquid from Lu-Dangshen was freely taken 15-20 d. by mice, and was poured into mice's stomach next 10 d. Then observe and measure the relative symptoms and physical function. Results:[WT5”,6BZ]There were significant difference between test group and control group. Conclusion:Lu-Dangshen had the function of benefiting 'Zhong'-advantaging 'Qi', strengthening spleen, tonifying lung and anti-fatigue.
