摘　　要：目的 :采用双波长薄层扫描法测定腰腿痛丸中士的宁的含量。方法 :样品采用浸泡提取法 ,溶剂萃取后层离 ,在 λS=2 5 4nm,λR=310 nm下测定含量。结果 :方法简便、准确度高、精密度好。结论 :可作为本制剂的质控方法。Objective:This paper reported a method of quantitative analysis for strychnine in Yaotuitong pill by TLC-densitometry. Methods:The samples were extracted with steeping treatment, were seperated by TLC after solvent extraction, were determined at λ S=254 nm, λ R=310 nm. Results:The result proved that the method was simple, rapid and accurate. Conclusion:It is suitable for the determination of strychnine content in Yaotuitong pill.
