摘　　要：目的 :研究泰脂安胶囊的质量标准。方法 :应用薄层扫描法测定泰脂安胶囊中熊果酸的含量 ,采用甲醇提取。结果 :泰脂安胶囊中熊果酸的含量平均为 35 .7m g/粒 ,RSD=1.5 3%。结论 :方法简单 ,专属性、重复性好 ,可作该制剂的质量控制标准。Objective:To study on the quality control standard of Taizhi'an Capsules. Methods:The content of ursolic acid was determined by TLC-scanning. The capsules were extracted with methanol. Results:The average content of ursolic acid in Taizhi'an was 35.7 mg per granule. RSD was 1.53%. Conclusion:This method is simple and specific with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
