摘　　要：以典型事例说明汽车铸铁件工艺技术的发展动向，如铸铁件的水冷铜型铸造、薄壁铸铁件的差压铸造、高蠕化率的蠕铁制取技术、消失模铸造工艺及水玻璃砂型的应用等。The development trend of iron casting processes in automobile industry was showed with some typical examples such as water－ cooled copper mould for iron casting,pressure difference casting process for thin section iron casting,production technique to obtain vermicular iron with high vermicularity,EPC process,application of sodium silicate sand mould,and so on.
