摘　　要：叙述了生产铸态铁素体球铁的工艺，用此工艺生产的铸态铁素体球墨铸铁σ b大于 400MPa，δ大于 10％，可以代替 KT300－ 06铸造农用车轮毂，取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。The production process of as－ cast ferrite S.G.iron was described.The properties of produced as－ cast S.G.iron reached the level ofσ b>400MPa，δ >10％ .It has been used as a substitute for malleable iron (KT300－ 06) to cast wheel boss for agricultural trucks with quite good economic benefits.
