摘　　要：针对“V”法铸造的特点，研制了一种醇基白色涂料取代石墨涂料，其性能与国外的涂料相当。生产应用表明：使用该涂料能提高铸件质量、改善劳动生产条件、降低生产成本。According to the characteristics of V－ process a sort of white alcohol－ base coating as a substitute for the graphite coating was developed.This sort of coating has the properties equivalent to the foreign coating of the same sort.Its application in production showed that,by using the coating,casting quality could be increased,working condition could be improved,and the production cost could be reduced.
