摘　　要：分析常用的 3种水箱拉丝机的结构特点 ,特别是对塔轮部分的设计和电机种类及容量的选择进行了深入分析。提出自行研制水箱拉丝机的设计思路 ,尤其是塔轮设计、拉拔速度的确定、电机种类及容量的确定原则 ,并介绍设备特点。新设备有利于节能降耗 。To analyze the structure characteristics of three kinds of wet drawing machine in common use,especially the design of step pulley and the selection of motor type and capacity The design thinking of developing wet drawing machine,especially some principles for design of step pulley,determination of drawing speed,motor type and capacity are put forward The characteristics of machine are introduced too New machine is beneficial to save energy,reduce consumption and increase economical benefit
