摘　　要：漏钢预报是连铸的一项重要技术 ,介绍宝钢自行开发的漏钢预报系统BBPS的机理、系统构成和预报模型。该系统从 1 999年 9月投入现场应用以来 ,已完全取代了引进技术 ,在提高连铸机的产能、改善铸坯质量 ,减少漏钢事故等方面发挥了重要作用。Breakout predicting is one of the important techniques for continuous casting.The Baosteel breakout prediction system(BBPS) developed by Baosteel was introduced including the basic principle,system composition and predicting model.Since this system was used in production in Sept.,1999,it has played an important role to increase production capability of the slab continuous caster,improve slab quality and decrease breakout accident in place of original techniques imported.
