摘　　要：对生产过程中引起６０６３铝型材“斑状”表面缺陷的原因进行分析，为消除斑点。The paper analyzed the reason for the surface defects of the anodized 6063 a1uminium al1oy profi1e, the defects views snow spots, pits and patches. by studying the whole production procedure of 6063 aluminium alloy extrusion profile, An a1l-around ideal and methods are put forward to avoid the defects and improve the quality of products.
