摘 要:以大型矿用球磨机研磨体为应用对象 ,在实验室条件下研究了硅、铜对低铬白口铸铁腐蚀磨损耐磨性的影响。结果表明 ,低铬白口铸铁中加入铜及提高含硅量 ,均可提高腐蚀磨损耐磨性。但当含硅量超过 2 0 %以后 ,由于共晶碳化物形态的改变 ,初生碳化物数量的增加以及石墨的出现 ,又使腐蚀磨损耐磨性降低。因此 ,在酸性介质中 ,含硅量不应超过 2 0 % (碳当量≤ 4 5 % )。在中性及碱性介质中 ,含硅量不应超过 2 5 % (碳当量≤ 4 7% )。The effect of Si and Cu on the corrosive wears resistance of low chromium white cast iron for making grinding body of large grinding ball mill used in mine was studied in the conditions of laboratory. The result showed that the corrosive wear resistance of low chromium white cast iron could be increased with adding the Cu and increasing the content of Si. But when the content of Si was more than 2 0%, the corrosive wear resistance could be decreased again because of the change of eutectic carbide, the increase of hypereutectic carbide content and the appearance of graphite. So the content of Si should be less than 2 0% (carbon equivalent was less than 4 5%) in acidic medium or less than 2 5% (carbon equivalent was less than 4 7%) in neutral and alkaline medium.
