摘  要:利用铸造余热、采用等温淬火的工艺研制 45SiMnCrMo新型耐磨材料 ,分析了随等温温度和等温时间的变化 ,材料的硬度、冲击韧性、耐磨性的变化规律 ,探讨了性能变化的微观机理。结果表明 ,45SiMnCrMo钢在铸造冷却过程中 ,在 30 0℃保温 10min后 ,材料的强韧性及耐磨性具有良好的配合。A new type of wear resistant steel 45SiMnCrMo was prepared by isothermal quenching using residual heat of the casting. The hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of the steel treated at different Isothermal temperature and Isothermal time were tested. The micro mechanism of the variation of property was discussed. The results showed that the high strength, toughness and wear resistance of the steel treated by insulating for 10 min at 300℃ have very good matching.
