弥散铜镦挤成形过程的数值模拟

摘　　要：通过有限元计算机模拟系统DEFORM对弥散铜粉末体材料镦挤过程进行数值模拟 ,说明了弥散铜的变形特征和致密化过程。其结果与粉末体变形理论一致。通过数值模拟 ,可预测成形载荷和产品组织性能 。Based on a computer simulation system,DEFORM,the aluminumersion strengthened copper(ODSC) press extrution process was the material flow and compact of the ODSC during press 'extrution shown. Its result was consistent with the theory of the Powder. performance was forecast and the technology parameter was rationized.
