摘　　要：五千吨水压机活动横梁重达 49t,是中碳铸钢件 ,裂纹十分严重 ,属于特大型焊接修复件。因此 ,焊接难度非常之大。通过认真分析试验研究 ,编制了一套切实可行的焊接工艺 。The movable crossbeam of five-thousand-ton hydraulic press is a medium carbon cast steel piece and 49 ton weight. Because the piece is medium carbon cast steel, it has quench-hardening tendency and crack tendency is quite serious when it is welded. it is much difficult to weld the heavy part. By analysis and test carefully, We have got reasonable welding procedure. And we can repair the crack successfully.
