摘　　要：山西铝厂100m2辊子卸料转鼓式真空过滤机是引进法国道尔公司产品，用于拜耳法生产系统赤泥分离和洗涤工序。本文结合山西铝厂多年生产实践经验，阐述了提高100m2过滤机产能的几个关键因素，对于山西铝厂拜耳法生产具有重要的实际意义。a 100m2 vacuum filter has been used on the procedure separation and washing of Bayer production line in Shanxi Aluminum plant for several years,accumulated a wealth of experience. This paper expounds key factors for increasing capacity of the filter. It's meaningful to Alumina production with Bayer method in Shanxi Aluminum plant.
