摘　　要：概述了镍钢复合材料制碱熔锅在制造和使用过程中产生的严重缺陷 ,分析了其性质和成因 ,并对镍层焊接裂纹、钢层碱脆开裂和锅体结构性缺陷成功地进行了焊接修复。The paper summarized the defect of the basic flux pot, which are generated during manufacturing or service. The pot is made of Nickel-steel composite. The character and causes of the defects are analyzed. Some successful repairs to the welding crack in nickel layer and caustic embrittlement crack in basic steel as well as other structure defects were accomplished by welding.$$$$
