摘　　要：汽车覆盖件深拉延和翻边时常出现粘着现象 ,本文介绍了全顺系列商用车后轮毂包内板的冲压工艺 ,着重介绍了拉延中粘着现象的解决过程 ,为此类问题的解决开辟了一条新思路。The adhesion phenomenon occur sometimes in the deep drawing and flanging of skin panel of bus.This paper show the press processes about Panel QTR W/House Inner of Transit buses especially the new idea to solve the problem of the adhesion phenomenon in the drawing.
