摘　　要：由于停车频繁 ,作业率低 ,大山选矿厂碎矿系统生产能力低 ,故障主要出在圆锥破碎机、皮带运输机、振动筛和粗矿堆振动放矿机等关键设备上。采取相应的技术改造措施 ,用两台SVEDALA的H -80 0 0圆锥破碎机替代两台SYMONS圆锥破碎机 ,改造了皮带运输机、振动筛和粗矿堆振动放矿机等 。The production ability of the second series crushing system of Dashan Concentrator is low because of long downtime and low operating rate.The problems are mostly derived from cone crusher,belt transportation devices,vibration screens,and vibration feeder of coarse ore heap.Two SYMONS cone crushers are replaced by two SVEDALA H 8000 cone crushers,and belt transportation devices,vibration screens,and vibration feeder of coarse ore heap are improved respectively.The capacity of the crushing system reached to 30kt/d,corresponding with the designing index.
