摘　　要：大面积盐渍荒地的开发利用和灌区土壤盐渍化土的防治 ,是推动 2 1世纪我国农业和建筑业大发展的一项重要内容。本文通过讨论盐渍土和盐渍化土对工农业生产的影响 ,提出了的开发利用盐渍土和盐渍化土的可持续发展观。It is essential to accelerate developing the agriculture and structure,which open up and use of saline waste land and prevention and cure of salt affected soil in irrigated area This paper discusses influences which saline soil and salt affected soil have upon the industrial and agricultural production,puts forward point of view of the sustainable development which integrate use saline soil and salt affected soil resources
