摘　　要：介绍了一种新的加工方法———螺旋电极电解磨削加工。对于特殊材料内圆的加工 ,该方法具有常规机械加工甚至一般电解磨削加工无法比拟的优点。通过大量的实验 ,定性地研究了各因素对加工速度。This article introduces a new machining approach-the electro chemical grinding by using a spiral electrode,it has many advatages over other conventional methods even general ECG on machining inner hole components made of special material By carrying out lots of experiments,we investigate qualitatively the rules about the influence of parameters used in ECG on processing efficiency,precision and surface quality
