负透镜在激光衍射测量中的应用

摘　　要：论述了在激光测量仪 (或测量装置 )上装负透镜 ,可减小仪器的长度尺寸、扩大仪器的测量范围、提高测量精度等问题 ,所研究的问题对激光衍射测量仪的研制具有实际指导意义。On the occasion of laser measuring device, o r any laser measuring unit , is attached with minus lens, as the paper disserted, the device size in length can be reduced, measuring range can be enlarged and accuracy in measurement can be raised. The above researches have a practical guide in the development of la ser diffracted measuring device.
