非诱变性间苯二胺衍生物的合成工艺研究

摘　　要：由 2 ,4-二硝基氯苯出发 ,经亲核取代、加氢还原两步合成了三种非诱变性间苯二胺衍生物 :2 ,4-二氨基苯丙醚 ,2 ,4-二氨基苯丁醚和 2 ,4-二氨基苯基 -β-羟乙基醚。在合适的反应条件下 ,合成这三种化合物的总产率分别为 91 .0 % ,90 .8%和 74.1 %。Three nonmutagenic diamino compounds 1 n propoxy 2,4 diaminobenzene, 1 n butanoxy 2,4 diaminobenzene and 2,4 diaminophenyl β hydroxyethyl ether were synthesized in two steps from 1 chloro 2,4 dinitrobenzene. The yields of the three diamino compounds based on 1 chloro 2,4 dinitrobenzene were 91.0%, 90.8% and 74.1% respectively. All the three diamino compounds can substitute m mutagenic diaminobenzene for the synthesis of dyes.
