摘 要:Solid phase synthesis and formation mechanism of SrB6powder are studied systematically i n this paper.X-ray diffraction and scanni ng electron microscopy analysis show that interaction in the SrCO3-B4C-C system intended to strontium hexaboride formation belongs to solid p hase processes and passes through the stages of transit ion phases Sr3B2O6,SrB2O4 formation etc.The optimal technolo gy of strontium hexaboride synthesis i s holding time of 2.5h at 1400℃under 10-2Pa vacuums.The shape of B4C powder decide that of SrB6.Solid phase synthesis and formation mechanism of SrB6 powder are studied systematically in this paper.
