摘　　要：根据国际上的最新进展，本文对移动通信技术的发展方向进行了讨论和介绍。在第三代移动通信标准和技术的基础上，国际上已经开始讨论如何完善和发展。在移动通信的性能和带宽方面，考虑了传输更高速率和提供宽带业务的可能性；在空间接口技术方面，对智能天线、软件无线电、高速数据传输等技术予以了高度重视；在核心网方面，则是全ＩＰ核心网的概念。显然，ＴＤ－ ＳＣＤＭＡ系统已经在这些方面先走了一步，但还远远没有达到上述技术所能达到的目标。In the light of the l a t e s t d e v e l o p m e n t s internationally, this article discusses and describes the trend of mobile communications technology development. On the basis of the 3G mobile communications standards and technologies, the world has started to explore ways to improve and develop such Stendards and technologies. Regarding the performance and bandwidth of mobile communications. possible ways have been considered to deliver broadband services at a higher rate; As far as air interface technology is concerned. high importance has been placed on smart antenna, software radio, high speed data transmission and other technologiesi An all-IP core network concept has been adopted for the core networks. Obviously,TD-SCDMA system is one step ahead in all these areas, but still falling far short of the targets that these technologies are capable of reaching.
