摘 要:用加热回流的方法测定了不同火山灰材料的活性率Ka(在饱和石灰水中反应的SiO2 和Al2 O3总量占该材料全部SiO2 和Al2 O3总量的百分比 ) .结果表明 ,Ka 与标准胶砂强度比具有较好的相关关系 .当细度变化时 ,同种火山灰材料的Ka 和胶砂强度比有着相同的变化规律 ;改变循环流化床含硫废渣中的SO3含量 ,其对Ka 和胶砂强度比的影响也相同 .验证试验表明 ,活性率Ka 能反映其他因素对材料活性的影响 .经闭合试验及对影响测试结果的因素所进行的正交实验结果表明 ,活性率测定方法可靠 ,测定时间只需几小时 .Activity ratio Ka(a ratio between the amount of soluble SiO2 and soluble Al2O3 in saturated CaO solution and total amount of SiO2 and Al2O3 of that material) of pozzolanic material was determined by method of boiling circumfluence. It was shown by testing that there is a preferable interrelation between Ka and the standard mortar strength ratio. For the same pozzolanic material, the varying trend of Ka is similar to that of strength ratio of mortar as fineness was varied. When the SO3 content in FBC (fluidized bed combustion) ash was varied, influence of SO3 on Ka of that ash was consistent with that on strength ratio of mortar. Therefore, influence of the other factors on the activity of pozzolanic materials can be explained by Ka. It was shown by closed loop test and cross-ranged test of testing parameters that determination method on activity of pozzolanic materials is reliable and rapid. The whole test needs only several hours.
