摘 要:用抗Sm抗体做对正常人外周血B淋巴细胞的穿入性实验并观察抗体穿入对B细胞抗体分泌水平的影响。结果表明,经抗Sm血清作用72h的B细胞,胞内Ig阳性的细胞数可达24±4%,细胞活率随孵育时间延长亦轻度下降,用聚合人IgG封闭B细胞表面的Fc受体可明显阻断抗Sm的穿入。上述结果提示抗Sm抗体可以穿入正常人B细胞并产生轻度细胞毒性,其穿入的主要途径是细胞表面的Fc受体。但经SRBC免疫过的小鼠脾细胞分别用抗Sm或正常人血清处理后,产生溶血素的水平无显著差异。A penetrating experiment was done with the anti-Sm antibody to B lym- phocytes isolated from the normal human peripheral blood, and the antibody excretion levels of B cells were odserved after the penetration. The results showed that the numbers of Ig positive cells were 24±4% when B cells were incubated with anti-Sm for 72 hours, and the viability of B cells decrased slightly while the incubation period prolonged. The penetration effects could be blocked by the aggregated human IgG. It was suggested that anti-Sm antibody can penetrate into B cells and produce cytotoxicity. The Fc receptors on the cell surface might be the main pathway for antibody penetrtion. No significant difference was observed on the hemalysin levels of SRBC immunized mouse splenocytes after treated with anti-Sm or normal human serum respectively.the experimental results were discussed.
