摘 要:根据1998年以及1991~1997年130°E副高脊线逐日资料分析和反查证实:天文潮汐力场在一定的环流条件下可以而且只有在一定的环流条件下才可以对大气环流演变起重要作用,对西太平洋副热带高压的演变而言,天文潮汐力场引起副高北跃和南撤初始日与朔望月奇异点同步的条件可能就是长江流域多雨期或者与副高北部边缘长时期降雨带有关的某种环流条件。最后,利用湿位涡在一定条件下不守恒理论对上述结论进行了动力学的解释。In this paper, based on the data of the ridge line of subtropical high in 1998 and from 1991 to 1997, it is proved that , under specified general circulation, but it is only under specified general circulation that, astronomical tide may play the key role in the evolution of general circulation. As far as the evolution of the west pacific subtropical high, the condition, under which the astronomical tide makes that there is synchronous tendency between the lunation singularities and the first days of north jump and south ebb of subtropical high, is probably the specified circulation condition related to the long rainy spell in the Changjiang river basin or to the protracted rain belt at north rim of subtropical high. Finally, above conclusions are interpreted from the theory of the non-conservation of wet potential vorticity under the specified general circulation.
