摘　　要：结合太原供电局工程实践提出了地区电网高级应用软件应用的特点、现状、必要性、推广的障碍、实施原则 ,并针对适用于地区电网的几个高级应用软件功能模块提出了具体的实施建议。In combination with the construction of the Energy Management System in Taiyuan Power Supply Bureau,some questions about the highgrade application software for region power networks are set forth such as the specialty,the existing state,the necessity, the obstacles for spreading,the operative principles and so on.In allusion to several modules of the high grade application software for region power networks,some operative suggestions are put forward.
