摘　　要：叙述了卧式三段式高压加热器中的核心部件Ｕ型换热管在运行中易损坏的部位及规律，并通过对国内外三段卧式高压加热器设计参数、结构和运行方面进行分析与研究，找出其换热管损坏的原因，提出了相应的防止损坏措施，从而提高高压加热器的使用寿命及投运率。Describes where and how the U-shaped heat exchange tubes, the core elements of horizontal three-segment high pressure heater, are susceptible to damage during operation, analyses and studies the design parameters, structures and operations of three -segmental horizontal high pressure heaters available both at home and abroad, identifies the causes for the damage to their heat exchange tubes, and suggests necessary actions to prevent damage to the tubes thereby improving the service life and availability of high-pressure heaters.
